Effective: Orders are arranged after payment is confirmed. Pickup is at our ranch in Texas; delivery is offered within 100 miles for a flat fee selected at checkout.
Pickup at the Ranch
- Pickup is free of charge.
- After your order clears, we will contact you by email or phone to schedule a pickup window.
- Birds must be picked up within 7 days of the agreed-upon date unless other arrangements are made in writing.
- Bring appropriate transport crates or carriers. We do not provide containers.
- You are responsible for safe loading and transport once the birds leave the ranch.
Local Delivery
- Delivery is available within 125 miles of the ranch for a flat fee shown at checkout (tier 1: under 50 miles; tier 2: 50-100 miles).
- A valid street address (no PO boxes) is required at checkout.
- Delivery is scheduled by mutual agreement. Most orders are delivered within 7-14 days of payment.
- Someone 18 or older must be present at the delivery address to receive and inspect the birds.
- If no one is available to receive the order, a re-delivery fee may apply.
Inspection at Pickup or Delivery
You are expected to inspect each bird at the time of pickup or delivery. Any concerns about the health, count, or condition of the birds must be raised before they leave our possession. Once birds depart the ranch (or, for delivery, are off-loaded at your address), they are considered accepted.
Outside the 125-Mile Radius
We do not currently ship birds. If you are outside the delivery radius, you are welcome to arrange your own transport or use a third-party livestock hauler at your own cost and risk.
